PLEASE NOTE: The most common way for packages to get lost comes from a simple error in a users address information. All orders are sent to the address listed on your account so I highly recommend verifying your information. If the package gets lost your order cannot be refunded nor do we accept responsibility. Once the package is handed off to the postal service it is no longer our responsibility. If the postal service marks your package as "delivered" and you claim that you have not received the package, we do not accept responsibility nor grant refunds of any kind.
